Transparent role
We are an intermediary and transaction coordinator. We do not receive transaction funds and we do not guarantee completion, value or profit.
Clear commercial terms
The seller pays AssetVeyra’s 1% commission upon completion, and the buyer pays 1% upon completion, under the applicable written agreement.
Controlled access
Sensitive opportunity information can be subject to registration, qualification, confidentiality and controlled data-room access.
Security
The platform uses authentication, authorization, organization isolation, role-based access and auditability controls where applicable.
